Carla Bonina, PhD
I’m Carla Bonina — a social scientist, author, and advisor who helps the tech industry and policy leaders shape a sustainable future through digital innovation, data and AI. I turn research into practical insights that drive change, focusing on responsible tech, digital platforms and the sustainability of the digital economy.
From my base in London, I combine rigorous evidence with hands‑on strategy for governments, international organisations, donors and tech teams — especially across Latin America — and serve on advisory boards that guide long‑term policy and practice. In 2025, I was named one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics.
